Where do the prices come from?
From the UK Government's Fuel Finder scheme, which forecourts report into. We refresh them every few hours. Prices can change faster than that, so always check the price at the pump.
Why can't I see any forecourts?
We only cover the UK. If you're abroad, the app shows central London as an example instead. In the UK, check that location access is on (Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Can't Fuel There, Mate) and try widening your search radius.
Do I need an account?
No. You can find cheap fuel without one. Signing in with Apple lets you star your regular forecourts and get alerts when their prices drop.
How do price drop alerts work?
Sign in, allow notifications and star some forecourts. When one of them drops its price, we'll let you know. We check every six hours, and never tell you about the same drop twice.
What's "Nudge me at the pump"?
An optional setting in the account menu. If you pull into a forecourt and there's cheaper fuel close by, your phone gives you a nudge. It needs "Always" location permission, works on your phone, and is off unless you turn it on.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open the account menu, tap your name, then Delete account and confirm with Apple. Your account and everything linked to it are deleted straight away.
